BINOCHE IN THE BAG: Having done her duty plugging “Camille Claudel, 1915” at last week’s Berlin Film Festival, Juliette Binoche has touched down in Milan for tonight’s opening of the Santoni flagship on Via Montenapoleone. The French actress will be joined by ceo Giuseppe Santoni who will be getting the word out about his own new project — this season’s launch of women’s accessories.
