BARNEYS BOOST: Tomoko Ogura, who has been at Barneys New York since 2005, has been named senior fashion director. Most recently, Ogura served at Barneys as fashion director of women’s Co-op. In her new role, she reports to Daniella Vitale, Barneys’ chief merchant, executive vice president and general merchandise manager, women’s merchandising and barneys.com.
