BIKER BUDDIES: Barbour International, the motorcycle-influenced collection from the British outdoors label Barbour, has teamed with the Australian street wear label Francis Leon, to create a women’s capsule collection for fall 2014.

Barbour International said the collection is inspired by “fearless heroine bikers,” and will include leather jackets, quilted jackets and knitwear. Francis Leon is known for its tailored leather jackets, often inset with sporty fabrics such as neoprene and jersey. Sarah Lawrenson, head of women’s wear at Barbour International noted that Francis Leon’s: “attention to detail and clever use of performance styling in their garments complements Barbour International’s established biker style.”

Wholesale prices for the collection will start at 44 pounds, or around $72, for a top and will run through to 222 pounds or around $364 for a wax jacket, with the line launching at select retailers from July 2014.
