Balenciaga Launches Online Eyewear Campaign

The campaign, showing the BA009, offers an exclusive sneak peak of the women’s eyewear collection hitting high-end stores in November.

EYES ONLINE: Balenciaga has launched an online advertising campaign to promote its first women’s eyewear collection produced by Italian manufacturer Marcolin. According to Marcolin, 200,000 people are expected to watch the video in the next few weeks on the Balenciaga and Marcolin Facebook pages and on YouTube.  


The campaign, showing the BA009, a Seventies’-inspired squared style available in black or white crinkled leather for a marble-like effect, offers an exclusive sneak peak of the women’s eyewear collection hitting high-end stores in November. The line will be sold at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman in the U.S. and at Holt Renfrew in Canada. In Europe, it will be available at Harvey Nichols in the U.K., and at selected opticians across France and Italy.
