Hollywood already may be the world’s kudos capital, but BCBG founder Max Azria thinks there should be even more accolades. “This country is very large and there are a lot of talented people out there who should be recognized,” said Azria, who will receive this year’s Fashion Visionary honor at the sixth annual Hollywood Style awards this weekend.

“Los Angeles deserves to be a fashion capital of its own,” Azria added. “I decided to move here to L.A. six years ago, for the music, movies and fashion here. The three go well together.…Here we are always working, moving and things are very exciting.”

Sophia Bush will present Azria with the award on Sunday evening at the Armand Hammer Museum in Los Angles, where other honorees will include David LaChapelle, Byron Williams, Molly Sims, Hayden Panettiere and Selena Gomez.
