Misha Nonoo and Artist Dustin Yellin Collaborate on Prints

The prints will make their debut at the designer’s runway show on Friday.

ART OUTING: Misha Nonoo’s art-world connections are reaching beyond husband Alexander Gilkes, who is the cofounder of online auction house Paddle8. The designer is collaborating on custom prints with contemporary artist Dustin Yellin, best known for his sculptural paintings using glass. The prints will make their debut at the designer’s runway show on Friday.

“I met Dustin three years ago and was immediately drawn to his work and unique perspective as well as the femininity represented in his glass collages,” said Nonoo. The two also partnered on a limited-edition T-shirt, which will retail for $175 and is available immediately via the new Spring app. The item aims to raise awareness for Yellin’s Pioneer Works Center for Arts and Innovation, the nonprofit institute in Brooklyn’s Red Hook.
