Ann Paolini, a 25-year veteran of the Neiman Marcus Group, has become executive vice president of sales at The RealReal, the online site for luxury consignment.

Paolini’s last job at Neiman’s was senior vice president and managing director of the Last Call clearance outlets. At The RealReal, Paolini will be responsible for the sales team and consignor relations.

“Ann’s wealth of knowledge and valuable understanding of the luxury industry from both the designer and client perspective will bring the overall consignor and customer experience to a new level,” said Julie Wainwright, founder and chief executive officer of The RealReal. Paolini is credited with rolling out a new store format for Last Call while growing Last Call’s Web business.
