VEGAS PARTY: AG Adriano Goldschmied will host a private concert in Las Vegas featuring the Grammy Award-nominated band, Foster the People during the upcoming Project trade show. This marks the third annual concert sponsored by the premium denim brand. Other performances have included The Black Keys and The Foo Fighters. This year’s event will be held Feb. 13 at the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan. Samuel Ku, creative director of AG, said, “We are huge fans of Foster the People at AG. Their music gives us energy and inspires us. ” The indie rock trio was formed in Los Angeles in 2009 and is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Pumped Up Kicks” and Best Alternative Music Album for Torches. Through Feb. 5, customers who stop by one of AG’s retail or outlet stores can enter a contest to be flown to Vegas to see the concert in person.
