NAIL DECOR: OPI’s most popular nail shades will soon adorn the homes of consumers. On June 10, Ace Hardware will team up with OPI to create an exclusive color palette by Clark+Kensington, an interior paint line.

“Ace had been looking for a partner that would help us extend our paint business into the world of color and fashion and leverage our brand in an unexpected way,” said Mary Rice, president and general manager of Ace Paint Division. “As we continue to work on growing our market share in paint, we will continue to look at strategic alliances that surprise and delight our target customer, attracting a new audience that might not otherwise have shopped at Ace.”

Designed to appeal to a variety of styles, the palette will include three collections, The Artist, The Wild Heart and The Romantic, comprised of six classic shades each. Some of the colors include, OPI Red, Keeping Suzi at Bay and Miami Beet.

“[Ace and OPI] place such a strong emphasis on community,” said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI co-founder and executive vice president. “Like Ace, OPI strives to connect with its consumers on an individual level.”
