WELCOME WAGON: Accessories designers are on the move as two were feted this week by their new PR agencies. On Wednesday night, KCD's Ed Filipowski celebrated jeweler Alexis Bittar at his Chelsea apartment, welcoming him to the KCD stable. The next day at Casa Lever, BPCM's Vanessa Von Bismarck and Rachel Chandler Guinness hosted a lunch in honor of new client, shoe designer Rupert Sanderson, who was is town from London for a rare visit. Among guests in attendance were Miranda Brooks, Stella Schnabel, Chloe Malle, Shirin Fekkai, Zani Gugelmann and Barneys' Daniela Vitale.
