A SWEET DEAL: Just in time for the holiday crush, designer Paul Frank has whipped up a customized wrapper for Nestlé Crunch chocolate bars that are being sold exclusively at Target. His creation, which features “Julius the Monkey” atop a pile of presents, can also be used as a gift card. “Hundreds of thousands of Paul Frank-clad candy bars have been rolled out for Target,” said Nestlé Crunch’s marketing manager Cherry Joh.
