LIVING DOLL: Kristen McMenamy emerged unscathed from the Viktor & Rolf show, which saw the designers stripping off and piling back on dozens of layers of clothing as she stood still on a revolving podium, in a remake of their “Russian Doll” collection. There was a brief scare backstage as the 43-year-old model almost toppled over from the weight of the clothing, but handlers rapidly peeled off the layers as McMenamy sighed with relief. “My ankles hurt a little and my shoulders hurt a little, but a little yoga will take care of that,” she said. Front-row guests included Lindsay Lohan and Gary Dourdan, who kept on their dark sunglasses for the duration of the show.
