What’s your workout?
“I’m in Turks and Caicos now, so I’ve been walking along the beach for two miles a day and doing Pilates. When I’m in London, I do Pilates at home three times a week and go walking on [Hampstead] Heath three times a week. I enjoy Pilates so much — you can really feel areas of your body responding, and my balance now is very good — tips for getting fit when you’re an old lady!”
Will you go to the Games?
“I’ll be watching it on TV — I love the diving and swimming.”
