What’s your workout?
“I do a bit of everything. I enjoy riding my bike, running, swimming, yoga and Pilates, as well as riding my horse in the country on weekends.”
Will you go to the Games?
“I am lucky enough to be able to see some events — I think gymnastics will be fun, as I worked so closely with the team, and of course the cycling is a Great Britain area of excellence. Whatever I can see will be amazing as I feel I know the team well now.”
