Greetings from San Francisco -- one of my favorite cities in the world. Stopped by the Presidio for the Hitchcock views, had amazing dim sum for lunch at Tommy Toy's, went to a benefit fashion show for the San Francisco Ballet followed by drinks at the Tonga Room, which is like a tiki bar on steroids.


Trunk show at Saks Fifth Avenue and then capped off our stay with a really fun dinner at Bill's Place, thrown by my dear friend Vanessa Getty and her husband Billy. Burgers, great music, and lots of fun people -- everyone from Maria Bello and Connie Nielsen to Denise Hale and Sloan Barnett.

Next stop: Big Sur for a hippie deluxe weekend at the Post Ranch Inn--like a California take on the Amalfi Coast. Pure Heaven!
