Coralie Charriol Paul is founding her own film society.
Called React to Film, the series will screen documentaries that address topics near to the jewelry exec's heart like nutrition, the environment and AIDS research.
"I'm now a mother of two, and I feel that there is a lack of conversation and discussion on important matters," said Paul, who has a young son and daughter.
She'll keep her job as creative director for ladies handbags and jewelry at her family's eponymous accessories firm, but Paul is hoping to organize a React to Film screening every quarter.
Agribusiness documentary "Food Inc." will be the first to be shown on Wednesday at Soho House.
Afterward, Eric Schlosser, the author of "Fast Food Nation" who appears in the film, will answer questions from the crowd, which will include fashion folk, media and co-hosts Katie Lee Joel and Eric Ripert.
