In its first collaboration with a major fashion magazine, online fashion community Polyvore is joining forces with Nylon to help launch the Hudson by Georgia May Jagger collection.
The trio joins together in an unprecedented collaboration for the "Show Hudson & Georgia May Jagger Your Style Inspiration" styling challenge. Polyvore is giving its 6.5 million users (who have created 28 million sets to date) the opportunity to create sets around pieces from Jagger's collection and submit them for inclusion in the style-off.
Starting March 17th at 1p.m. EST, fans and Polyvore users alike will be able to create their sets (where users mix and match their favorite items and/or inspirations to create a look) on Hudson's Facebook page, Nylon's homepage or directly on the Polyvore site.
After the contest wraps up on March 26th, Jagger will play judge and select a winner to appear in Nylon's June/July issue.
"We're excited to see Polyvore sets featured in the pages of a fashion magazine, especially one as renowned for its creative direction as Nylon," said Pasha Sadri, co-founder and ceo of Polyvore. "It's a tribute to the creativity and imaginations of Polyvore's global community of stylists."
The winner will also be awarded a trip for two to Los Angeles for a personal styling session with Hudson's creative director Ben Taverniti, five styles from the collection and get the chance to rub elbows with the likes of Whitney Port and Vanessa Hudgens at the Nylon Young Hollywood Party in May.
