As Fashion's Night Out gets on its way, DKNY is using the Pose street style iPhone app to connect with global revelers.
Pose users from around the world are encouraged to upload their FNO looks to the app using the hashtag #DKNYFNO, and the looks will be displayed on the DKNY facebook page.
"We love combining technology and fashion to create a dynamic social experience," said Patti Cohen, Donna Karan International's Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications. "Guests at DKNY's FNO events in both London and New York can share their favorite fashions via the Pose style app and hashtag the message #DKNYFNO, to create global engagement on DKNY's Facebook page."
DKNY's FNO event is also honoring Bill Cunningham, as the brand is the first one to obtain copies of the "Bill Cunningham's New York" DVD. A street style team will capture photos of party goers at DKNY's London and New York stores which will be projected on the storefront windows.
