Kevin Spacey was honored for his career in film Wednesday night in New York City by the Museum of the Moving Image.

Former mayor Michael Bloomberg and Diana Taylor were among those who turned up to pay their respects to the two-time Academy Award winning actor, as did several of his former costars, like Samuel L. Jackson (“The Negotiator”), Kate Bosworth (“Beyond the Sea”), Penn Badgley (“Margin Call”) and Chazz Palminteri (“The Usual Suspects”).

“I’m so glad you’ve reached the age where they’re giving you glass awards,” actor Denis Leary quipped on stage.
