Logging  in 12,000 miles over three consecutive nights last week, Eye popped into three parties in three cities to see how the locals celebrate. One unifying factor: They all love their fashion as much as their champagne.

PARIS, MARCH 2

The Place: The Lido on Champs-Elysees.

The Celebration: The release of “Les Girls,” showcasing Daniel Frasnay’s photographs of the Lido showgirls during the Fifties and Sixties, as well as the 50th anniversary of the cabaret club.

The Hosts: Alber Elbaz, Carine Roitfeld, Sofia Coppola and Greybull Press publishers Roman Alonso and Lisa Eisner. Among the 800 were Tilda Swinton with Rolf Snoeren and Viktor Horsting, Gwen Stefani, Jacqui Getty, Marisa Berenson, Kirsten Dunst, Jade Jagger and Vanessa Seward.

Dress: Black tie with a showgirl touch.

The Entertainment: Live orchestra with a torch singer during dinner, followed by an unending yet spectacular performance with the Lido dancers.

The Champagne: Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle

Overheard: “Look, it’s Kelly Gray!” exclaimed Horsting at the sight of one dancer who bore a close resemblance to the St. John creative director and face of the brand.

NEW YORK CITY, MARCH 3

The Place: Beauty Bar, 14th Street

The Celebration: 10-year anniversary of the eponymous downtown martini-and-manicure bar.

The Hosts: Heatherette’s Richie Rich and Traver Raines, Amanda Lepore and Paper’s Kim Hastreiter and David Hershkovitz. Among the 250 downtown denizens were artist David Remfry, Chi Chi Valenti and Deb Parker.

The Dress: Helmut Lang to Bathing Ape, as well as custom-made Heatherette Beauty Bar hoodies for the anniversary.
