She may have garnered rave reviews for the one-shouldered Michael Kors number she donned at the Oscars and appears on the cover of this month's Vogue, but that doesn't mean Tina Fey is becoming a fashion person. "I should probably try harder [with my clothes]," said Fey at The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Bunny Hop, held at FAO Schwarz on Tuesday.
Still, the "30 Rock" star, who reportedly was dressed by Vogue editors for the Oscars after landing on worst-dressed lists for her Zac Posen Golden Globes gown, seemed to be putting in effort enough: arriving in a pastel Derek Lam dress appropriate for the fete's Easter theme.
But Fey, who got involved with the event after a friend received treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma at MSKCC, wasn't about to own up to any style transformation. Of the pictures from her Vogue shoot, in which she posed in a black leotard and fishnets, the comedienne said, "I just [thought] 'Will my mom like it?'"
