There were more Rothschilds than you could shake a stick at last week at the Hotel Lambert, the grandest private house in Paris, when family patriarch Guy de Rothschild invited a few friends and family for drinks at home to toast the republication of his memoir, "Les Surprise de la Fortune." Members of the normally press-shy clan and their close circle who turned out to support Guy included: his sons David and Eduoard and their wives Olympia and Arielle; his cousin Beatrice, who is now married to the former director of the Louvre, France's grand old man of art, Pierre Rosenberg; Alexis de Rede, who was the best friend of Guy's second wife, Marie Helene, and Guy's guest Anne Marie Stehlin.
