CANNES — Sure, Cannes is overrun with overdressed starlets and tacky tourists, but it’s also a mecca for the international fashion flock. This week, stylish stars like Chloë Sevigny and Claire Danes led the way, demonstrating pitch-perfect Cannes casual, as did a host of chic types walking the Croisette. Packing their bags with Riviera classics — big sunglasses, sailor tops, pretty sandals — they’re channeling Jackie O and that Riviera original, Coco Chanel herself.
