For his first exhibition in Los Angeles, held at Ohwow Gallery two days before the Academy Awards, Terry Richardson offered his interpretation of the City of Angels: Oscar statuettes recast in his likeness, a close-up of bleached blonde hair with dark roots, and a flashing LED display of paparazzi cameras. Real flashes went off for guests who are prime paparazzi bait, such as Lindsay Lohan, Pamela Anderson, Paz de la Huerta and Paris and Nicky Hilton. They were joined by Tom Ford, Jared Leto, Alice Eve, Rachel Zoe, Jeremy Scott, Rick Rubin, Sky Ferreira, Johnny Knoxville, Jeffrey Deitch, Inez van Lamsweerde, Vinoodh Matadin, China Chow and a man in a gold space suit who photobombed all the starlets.

Even after the police arrived to close the show, the partying continued at the Chateau Marmont with Aziz Ansari, Brad Goreski, Alina Cho, John Demsey, Lawrence Bender and Nur Khan.
