For 34 years, Macy’s has sponsored New York City’s Fourth of July fireworks display, and this weekend the show will light up the sky for 26 minutes over the Hudson River. Viewing spots are in high demand, but rooftop bar 230 Fifth has 28,000 square feet of space for revelers. And in honor of the holiday, owner Steven Greenberg designed a specialty cocktail called the Red, White and Blue, which tastes like a milkshake tinted with orange flavor. Greenberg serves them with a warning: “They’re very easy to consume.”

6 oz. Godiva white chocolate liqueur
Blue Curaçao
1 strawberry
