In Paris, Lily Allen and her band rocked the rafters with “Not Fair” on the set of Chanel’s massive barnyard. At Viktor & Rolf, a very pregnant Róisín Murphy slipped into an oversize pink tutu jacket to perform “Royal T” and “Demon Lover,” perched atop a massive silver pedestal bearing the house’s seal. Madcap British band Ebony Bones stole the show at Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, while Hussein Chalayan featured an improvisational Latin jazz ensemble. At Valentino, meanwhile, guests got an exclusive listen to a yet-to-be-named track from experimental group Antony & the Johnsons’ forthcoming album. Pixie Lott performed at Fendi’s party in Paris, and Catherine Deneuve added vocals to Dries Van Noten’s remix of French enigma Max Berlin’s 1978 track, “Elle et Moi.”
