CFDA Awards host Seth Meyers got the laugh of the night Monday when he strode onstage in the same sheer Comme des Garçons shirtdress and visible underwear Marc Jacobs had audaciously donned to the Costume Institute gala a month before.
“More fun when I put it on than I thought it would be,” Meyers told WWD after the awards ceremony.

“It really was comfortable,” said the comedian, who by then had changed into a neatly cut Patrick Ervell suit. “It was more comfortable than a tuxedo. I can understand why he did it.”
