LONDON — Lady Gaga, shrouded in a hot pink veil, opened Philip Treacy's show on Sunday night, ensuring his return to the runway would be an extravaganza.
The collection was an ode to Michael Jackson's favorite outfits, and yielded some striking creations. Some were updated, futuristic versions of famous Treacy creations from the past.
A smiley face hat topped a model wearing Jackson's "Beat It" era red leather jacket - and it put a smile on the face of everyone in the audience.
