A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted former top Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu.

A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted former top Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu, once a men’s sportswear executive, on charges of duping investors of $20 million in a huge Ponzi scheme and using some of the money to contribute to presidential candidates Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama.
