Coach named Jerry Stritzke as an executive officer of the accessories firm, to replace Keith Monda as president and chief operating officer upon his retirement later this year. Coach also said executive creative director Reed Krakoff has extended his contract.

Stritzke previously served as chief operating officer at Limited Brands. Monda will retire from Coach at the end of the fiscal year, June 28.

Coach said Krakoff "entered into a further three-year extension to his original employment agreement, which will now be in effect through June 2014."

Management said "ensuring the continuity of Reed's creative leadership will be a key factor in providing excellent results well into the future."
