Coty Inc. has signed Gemini Cosmetics Inc. to distribute selected prestige brands within the Coty Beauty product portfolio in the U.S. market.

Starting in July, Gemini will assume responsibility for the Nautica Voyage and My Voyage, Baby Phat Fabulosity, Kate Moss and David and Victoria Beckham fragrance businesses in department and specialty store doors, the firms announced Friday.

“The strategic partnership with Gemini Cosmetics allows us to accelerate the growth of Coty Beauty's fragrance portfolio business in the United States,” Bernd Beetz, chief executive officer of Coty, said Friday. “Using a new distribution partner, we are able to place a greater emphasis and larger focus on growing these brands and on our overall presence in the marketplace.”
