PARIS – Groupe Clarins’ Thierry Mugler Parfums division has signed a worldwide licensing deal to produce beauty products for Austrian crystal giant Swarovski.
Under terms of the deal, which confirms a WWD report earlier this month, Thierry Mugler Parfums will manufacture fragrances, cosmetics and beauty accessories under the name Swarovski Beauty. The brand’s first products will hit shelves in 2010.
While terms were not disclosed, Thierry Mugler Parfums’ president Joel Palix said it is a long-term license.
